  • sorry to post a different thread here: about getting good credits.

acquiring good credits begins with a good bank account.

    1) how to manipulate that is make deposits making sure that your bank account is on the surplus side always.

    2) second step is pay your bills on time specially utilities bills like hydro and phone bills

    3) do not apply for unnecessary credit cards because every time you apply your credit ratings drops. so apply for a visa or mc with minimum load of $300. once your credit is established and you pay your cc on time, the banks will gradually increase the credit limit. trust me on this.

    4) the other side of credit is being rejected for a cc application. did you know that every refusal will sink you one level the credit ranking. the more refusals the less likelihood that a loan will be given to you, yes, even a $10 loan will be rejected or credit cards specially.

    5) on the supply side of credit cards and loans, if you ever get rejected, it is wiser to lick the wounds and build up repayment history again and begin step one again all over. a rejected cc or loan application will haunt you for 5 years in canada. a missed payment will also affect your credit history. more so for non sufficient funds. bad for you, if this happens. cool it just concentrate on paying on time and do not pay something if there is no money to cover the payment in the bank.

oops sorry i feel talkative, must be spring time to get off my winter hibernation.
